Joe Elliott: Two Hour Saturday Special
Mick Ronson: 1946-1993
Ronson was David Bowie’s right hand man in the early 1970’s and went on to work with Roger Daltrey, John Mellencamp, Ian Hunter and Bob Dylan, as well as releasing his own solo work. He was a guitarist, singer, songwriter, arranger, record producer and multi-instrumentalist.
A personal idol of Joe's, the Deff Leppard frontman will be hosting a special tribute show to his friend and mentor this Saturday evening, marking 20 years since Ronson's death.
Joe will be playing his personal favourites from Mick's extensive career, interlaced with Joe's own memories of their friendship and time working together.
