Steelhouse Festival adds four more acts to the 2020 line-up

The Steelhouse Festival 2020 line-up has expanded with the addition of four further acts.

Heading up the mountain next summer are Steve Stevens, The Last Internationale, Hannah Wicklund & The Steppin’ Stones and Matt Mitchell & The Coldhearts.

Steve Stevens’ band will feature his Deadland Ritual band mate Franky Perez on vocals, ex-Whitesnake star Uriah Duffy on bass, and Mike Bennett (Richie Kotzen) on drums.

'Top Gun Anthem' guitarist Steve Stevens will be playing a mix of Billy Idol classics that he played on (‘Rebel Yell’, ‘White Wedding’ and more), plus massive songs like ‘Dirty Diana’ with Michael Jackson, as well as material from his work with Deadland Ritual and Atomic Playboys.

Steelhouse promoters Mikey Evans and Max Rhead enthuse: “It’s really pleasing to be able to hook in some lesser spotted legendary names on to the line-up. Steve Stevens is one such example. The biggest stars in the world have had his number on speed dial. His playing has been at the centre of some truly global songs. We look forward to hearing his body of work at Steelhouse 2020.

“We love a great voice. Quality pipes are a must for any Steelhouse bill and this set of announcements is stacked with singers who bring power, tone and emotion in spades. Steven Stevens will have his Deadland Ritual cohort, and Franky Perez singing the hits.

“Anyone who saw The Last Internationale out on tour recently with both The Cult and Rival Sons will attest to the astonishing soul-baring capabilities of front woman, Delila Paz. Hannah Wicklund is one of the most exciting prospects out there and Matt Mitchell is the premium example of the modern British classic rock singer”.

Celebrating its tenth sun-kissed year next summer, Steelhouse Festival once again takes place at the picturesque Hafod-y-Dafal Farm on the southern edge of the Brecon Beacons from Friday 24th to Sunday 26th July 2020.

Already confirmed on the line-up are Cinderella’s Tom Keifer, Monster Truck, Phil Campbell and the Bastard Sons, Crown Lands, Kris Barras Band and Revival Black.

There are still another 10 acts to be announced including all three headliners.

Day tickets costing £60 and weekend tickets costing just £95 (early bird) are on sale from now.

Since its inception, Steelhouse Festival has featured sets from Thin Lizzy, Glenn Hughes, Myles Kennedy, Black Star Riders, Wildhearts, Thunder, The Darkness, UFO, Europe, Rival Sons, Saxon, Anvil, Michael Schenker, Skindred and many, many more.
