Tony Iommi and Geezer Butler will join MOJO Rocks’ Phil Alexander for an exclusive evening in conversation at the Black Sabbath 50 Years Exhibition in Birmingham later this month.
The Gold Ticket Event for Home of Metal’s Black Sabbath 50 Years Exhibition takes place from 7pm to 9.30pm on Wednesday 26th June at the Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery.
Limited to just 100 tickets costing £100 (plus booking fee), attendees will be able to watch Tony Iommi and Geezer Butler talk to Phil Alexander specifically about the 50 Years Exhibition and their loans.
On top of this, the ticket comes with a goodie bag that includes a beautifully designed limited-edition exhibition poster signed by both Tony and Geezer. Only 100 copies of the ultra-rare poster are being produced.
You’ll also get access to a private late night viewing of the exhibition and a complimentary drink.
Home of Metal’s Black Sabbath 50 Years Exhibition runs from Wednesday 26th June through to Sunday 29th September.
With the full support of the original founders of Black Sabbath, the exhibition will detail the history of this iconic band, and their links to Birmingham, as the early pioneers of Heavy Metal, in a show that will celebrate their significant contribution to British music heritage and their unique relationship to their fans.
Iconic artefacts and personal items such as photographs, fans’ gifts, stage costumes and jewellery, plus more, will be on loan from the band members themselves. In addition, demonstrating the extraordinary scale and diversity of their global fan base, the show will include Black Sabbath memorabilia stretching back to the 70s, ranging from gig tickets and mixtapes, to motorbikes and battle jackets.
