Danny Bryant premieres 'Means of Escape' video

Danny Bryant

Critically-lauded blues rock axeman, Danny Bryant, has premiered the music video for the title track to his upcoming new studio album ‘Means of Escape’.

Released across all download and streaming platforms this coming Friday (5th July), ‘Means of Escape’ (the single) is an ode to the power of music.

As Bryant explains: "This song deals with the many ups and downs of a person's life. For me, when things get tough, the one constant that centres me is music. It is a salvation for me and as the title says, my Means Of Escape”.

The song comes with an abstract animated video that was created by Tom Hughes.

"We wanted something fresh, new and challenging, not just your regular music video,” sys Bryant. “We wanted to achieve a video that was abstract, that takes you on a journey and really makes you think.”

‘Means of Escape’ (the album) is released via Jazzhaus Records on Friday 20th September 2019 on CD, digital and 180g white vinyl formats. You can pre-order it here

Recorded at Lincolnshire's Chapel Studios, ‘Means of Escape’ was engineered by the Grammy Award winning Ian Dowling and mixed in Nashville, Tennessee by Eddie Spear (Rival Sons, U2).

Bryant will play a special release-day concert at the 500-capacity Dingwalls in Camden on 20th September and follow it with a UK tour throughout October.

He also plays Planet Rock’s fourth Winter’s End weekender at Sandford Holiday Park in Poole, Dorset on the weekend of Friday 28th February to Sunday 1st March 2020, alongside Those Damn Crows, The Treatment, Piston, Buck & Evans, Trucker Diablo, Tomorrow Is Lost and many more to be announced.
