Winter's End returns to rock the south coast for its fourth year!

From Friday 28th February - Sunday 1st March 2020, we're descending on Sandford Holiday Park, Poole, Dorset for our fourth edition of Winter's End. In keeping with the ethos of previous Winter's End festivals, the focus of the weekend is to highlight great new and upcoming rock and blues bands, as well as some of those who paved the way.

Tickets are now sold out, but if you're coming, here's all the information you need to know:

Additionally, there are two morning activities taking place this year! 
On Saturday morning at 10:30am, Paul Anthony will be looking for three couples to play Planet Rock’s version of Mr and Mrs!
On Sunday morning at 10.30am, our very own Doctor of the Blues, Bernard Doherty, is hosting a quiz, and there will be a very special acoustic session from Keylock. 

Winter's End 2020 event information

Location: Sandford Holiday Park, Willow Crescent, Holton Heath, Poole BH16 6JZ
Nearest train stations: Holton Heath, Wareham, Hamworthy, Poole.

Accommodation check-in: Check-in is open from 12pm on Friday, and 10am Saturday and Sunday.
When you arrive, please head to the reception in the main building (which you'll easily spot on arrival), and the friendly Parkdean reception staff will check you in and help you with any enquiries.

Day ticket entry: Please head to the main reception from 10am to pick up your day tickets.

Cash machine: We have been informed that the cash machine on-site is out of order. All bar, restaurant, and accommodation purchases can still be made by card, however, merch purchases will need to be made in cash.
The nearest ATM to the holiday park is located at the Co-op service station a 5 minute drive / 25 minute walk from site. Click here to see it on Google Maps.

Disabled access: Wheelchair friendly units also have reserved seating passes in the main room. For any queries about access, please email (yes rockstock :)).

Accommodation info: All accommodation comes with bedding but does NOT come with towels (so remember to pack one). Standard accommodation comes are single glazed units, with a gas fire and panel heaters in the bedroom. Premium accommodation has gas central heating and are double glazed. All units come with kitchen basics (plates, cups oven, fridge etc). Each unit has one double bed. Additional bedrooms will have single or twin beds.

Age limit: This is a strictly over 18’s event.

Cameras: No professional cameras i.e. DSLR / mirrorless and / or other professional level camera will be allowed into the venues unless previously agreed with us. Compact ("point-and-click") cameras will be permitted.
