undefinedPlanet Rock will be at the Classic Motor Show this year, so please come by and say hello. We're going to be in the TVR Car Club stand all weekend.

The award winning TVR Car Club is recognised one of the premier one-marque car clubs in the UK with a membership of around 6000 and affiliated clubs around the world. They are a Club run by and for their members, and aim to provide something for everyone interested in TVR, whether they own one of the earliest pre-Grantura models or the last Sagaris to leave the Blackpool factory, or indeed if they are simply enthusiastic about the marque.

2012 sees the Club celebrate 50 years of TVR in Motorsport since their first attempt at the famous Le Mans 24 Hours in 1962. That car, driven by a TVRCC members successfully completed the Classic Le Mans this year and you can see it, along with a host of other TVRs, on the Club stand at the NEC Classic Motor Show 16-18 November. For more details, see their website: www.tvrcc.com

Classic Motor Show

This show is regarded by many clubs as their 'end of season finale' and they pull out all the stops to present great stands.

Car clubs are the absolute lifeblood of the classic car scene. Without their efforts and enthusiasm there would be very few historic/ classic vehicles still running on our roads today

Car clubs exhibit at The Classic Motor Show to promote their club/marques, to secure new members, to sell club regalia and simply because it's a great opportunity to meet friends old and new, while showing off some spectacular cars!

Clubs hold a wealth of information on their specific marques and models, so if you’re in the market for some advice on buying, maintenance or restoration, then this is a great opportunity to talk to some real experts

With around 200 clubs exhibiting, The Classic Motor Show is THE place to find and join the club for you!

This is a hugely popular feature of the show, hosted by TV's 'Wheeler Dealers' Mike Brewer and Edd China.

The Live stage presents a full daily programme of activities including 'Edd's Challenge' (what will Mike task Edd with building this year?), live car demos, expert guests, gameshows, giveaways and general tomfoolery all day, every day.

It's not a formal or stuffy affair, just go along, grab a seat (it's free to all ticket holders), meet the guys and enjoy the show.

If you buy a ticket to the Classic Motor Show you will get FREE access to the Classic Motorbike Show next door.

Superb club displays of bikes covering all eras and marques from Vintage to Modern Classics; British, Italian, Japanese, American, classic racers, custom, scooters and much more

Plus, of course, dedicated Classic Bike traders and features such as Live classic trials riding and the world famous 'Wall of Death'!

There is no other major exhibition in the UK that offers this incredible opportunity - for every visitor to have a ride in their 'dream car'!

In exchange for a donation to charity, you can take a ten-mile ride as a passenger in one of the Dream Rides cars available, picking up and dropping off right inside the show.

Last year we had around 60-70 cars per day ranging from Vintage tourers, classic British Sports Cars, right through to many of today's latest supercars.

It's probably the most fun you'll ever have donating to charity!

Once again for 2012, legendary machinery such as Cobras, Ferraris, Maseratis, Porsches, GT40’s, Jags, MG’s, TR’s, Lamborghinis, Aston Martins and more are planning to take you out for your very own Dream Ride

Sporting Bears members give their time, fuel and wear and tear on their cherished vehicles free of charge. 100% of all donation monies collected for rides (required donation amounts vary depending upon which car you choose/availability etc) go direct to the nominated children's charities.
