The Greatest Live Album Of All Time
Getting a live album right is about as easy as nailing jelly to a tree but when all of the stars align, sometimes - just sometimes - a band can produce an absolute classic.
The live album is a difficult beast for a couple of reasons - do you record one show or compile the best recordings from several? Do you overdub or not?
In our top 40, as voted for by Planet Rock listeners, there's a heady mix of all different types of live records. See what you think below and then let us know in the comments at the foot of the page.
