Paul is on hand to wake you up in style every weekday from 6am and on Saturdays from 10am.

As well as giving you the latest rock news, Paul will gauging your opinions on the biggest musical events happening right now and playing some rock and roll with balls to shake you out of bed.

He also has a couple of features with which you need to get involved
