David Lee Roth Wants To Play UK
Diamond Dave also wants Michael Anthony back in the band.
David Lee Roth says he’s
frustrated that Van Halen haven’t managed to play a UK festival since
he returned to the band.
Speaking in a new
interview with Rolling Stone magazine, Diamond Dave said he and Alex Van Halen
have been ‘begging’ to play Glastonbury, Reading and Hyde Park – but there are no plans as of yet.
David also stated he would like bassist Michael Anthony back in the fold, and also wants to start writing new material with guitarist Eddie Van Halen as soon as possible.
