Richie Sambora To Play Download & Calling Festivals
The guitarist has confirmed that he'll perform at both events.
Legendary guitarist Richie Sambora will grace the main stage at both Download and Calling festivals this year.
Sambora last appeared at Donington with Bon Jovi in 1987, for what was then the Monsters of Rock festival.
Turbowolf, Drenge and The Temperance Movement have also been added to the Download bill this week, while Stevie Wonder has been revealed as the Sunday headline act for Calling Festival, where Sambora will perform on the Saturday.
Download Festival takes place between 13th and 15th June with headliners Avenged Sevenfold, Linkin Park and Aerosmith.
Calling Festival is happening on 28th and 29th June in London's Clapham Common, with a line-up that includes Aerosmith, Thunder, Joe Bonamassa and Walking Papers.
Tickets for both events are on sale now at planetrock.com/tickets!
