Peppers, Not Stones, To Headline Cochella
Red Hot Chili Peppers to headline California festival.
Despite rumours that The Rolling Stones would be performing, it has now been revealed that The Red Hot Chili Peppers will be headlining the Coachella weekend festival instead. Mick Jagger stated last week that The Stones would not be ready in time to perform, despite their successful gigs in the UK and US at the close of last year.
Coachella kicks off on April 12 and plays through to April 14, repeating the following weekend, April 19 to 21.
