Neil Young Teases Info on New Album
New LP A Letter Home to be released later this year.
Following his two albums with Crazy Horse in 2012, Neil Young has revealed that he will release a new solo LP in March this year.
It has been reported that Young recently recorded the album at Jack White’s Third Man Studios in Nashville with the White Stripes and Raconteurs man taking control of production duties. Neil himself has called the recording of the album as "one of the lowest-tech experiences I've ever had".
Third Man Records describes the record as "an unheard collection of rediscovered songs from the past recorded on ancient electro-mechanical technology.”
Meanwhile Neil Young and Crazy Horse are set to headline a huge outdoor show in Hyde Park on Saturday July 12.
