Monday, January 23rd 2012 10:30

The former Beatle says he's in talks

In an interview with the Daily Mirror, Sir Paul revealed:

"I am seeing the guy because there is something they want me to do. I might be doing something in the Olympics. I won't know until then."

London is due to host a number of music events whilst the games are taking place, with Hyde Park, Victoria Park and Trafalgar Square all named as venues.

No acts have been confirmed yet, but it's looking likely that some of the biggest names in in pop and rock will play some part.
