Little Angels last gig
Band's year of appearances come to a close.
The group took their last bow at the Isle Of Wight Festival on Sunday.
The band originally split in 1994. However it was announced last January that they were getting back together for a set at the 2012 Download festival; with relationships rekindled at the funeral of original drummer Michael Lee in 2008.
"I know it’s all been said, and reading all your
wonderful comments, in ways far better than I could ever muster – but
thank you for the tireless support and the memories that will last
forever" said Jepson.
"I’m proud to have stood on stages around the world with those lads. It’s the saddest but perhaps greatest triumph that we did manage to do it one more time, and exit with dignity – and above all as mates.”
He emphasised that the group's split marked "Not an end, just another beginning for us all.”
