North London's Church Studios might be turned into flatsThe studios are currently owned by wobbly headed singer songwriter David Gray with the studios largely obsolete these days. The studios were originally developed and owned by the Eurythmics, and it was there that they recorded tracks such as 'Sweet Dreams' during the height of their fame.
