You can text SOME of our shows during the week*
From Monday to Friday Rob Birnie, Darren Redick & Paul Anthony take texts and at weekends The Request Show wants to hear from you. Please don't text any other shows during the week or you will be charged and your text won't be read.

SENDING US MUSIC
At the moment we do NOT have any on air outlet for demos or unsigned bands, so if please don't send stuff to us if you fall into one of those categories.
Also it's worth remembering that we are a ROCK MUSIC station, so if you don't play rock music then we probably won't play your CD.
We only play music by signed artists and if you are looking to send us a CD then we also need a press release that contains some info about the band / artist. Please address any submissions to Programme Director, 54 Lisson Street, London, NW1 5DF
