Bon Jovi to resurrect 'Slippery..' at 02 shows?

8th February 2010

Ritchie Sambora has dropped the strongest hint yet that Bon Jovi may play some of their classic albums in full at their 02 Arena residency in London later this year.

The guitarist told Billboard.com that “we're gonna go back and play stuff that we haven't played in 20 years...stuff off the first album, stuff off the second album that we haven't played in God knows how long." Sambora went on to say “we might do ‘Slippery When Wet’ in its entirety or ‘Lost Highway’ in its entirety”, news that will no doubt please die hard fans.

Meanwhile, Kid Rock has been added to the line up for two new Bon Jovi O2 dates which have just been announced for their London run. The rock-rapper will be the band’s special guests on the 25th and 26th of June.

Check out Planetrock.com’s gig guide for tickets.
